1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions:
  • First step is Preheat oven to 400 F. Place the halibut fillets on a lined baking tray and set aside.
