Instructions:
  • First step is Drain chickpeas in a sieve and rinse with water. Peel garlic and chop it roughly. Remove the avocado from the shell and cut into pieces. Juicing lemon. Wash coriander and finely chop the leaves.
  • And then, Puree the chickpeas with avocado, olive oil, tahini paste, cumin, garlic and lemon juice in the Food Processor or blender to a creamy sauce until no pieces are visible. Season with salt.
