Ingredients:
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 red bell pepper, seeds removed, cut into squares
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple rings, juices reserved
1 orange bell pepper, seeds removed, cut into squares
1 1/2-2 pounds boneless pork chops (3/4-1-inch thick)
